Dive into the dynamic world of Accounting with Scoular. Our accounting internship offers hands-on experience where you'll play an essential role in upholding our accounting practices, supporting internal controls, and contributing to tax-related processes. This internship is designed to give you exposure to different teams within Scoular's accounting function, here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Corporate Accounting Exposure: Assist with general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes. Gain insight into how financial data supports business decisions and compliance.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Participate in the documentation and testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Tax Support: Contribute to the preparation of tax workpapers and assist with data gathering for federal, state, and local tax filings.
  • Audit Preparation: Collaborate with the corporate accounting team in preparing audit schedules and supporting year-end close activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Technology in Practice: Leverage tools like Workday AI and Excel to navigate financial systems and support data integrity.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting

Internship Program Overview:

At Scoular, we are dedicated to developing young to support our customers and partners around the world. Scoular interns gain real life experiences while learning the ins and outs of our businesses and solutions. During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by building relationships with customers, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.
