AboutLulu’s Lounge

Lulu’sLounge is a modern supper club in Singapore’s Chinatown, inspired by the glamour of 1930s Shanghai. The venue brings together an inventive cocktail programme, elevated dining, and live entertainment, including jazz, cabaret, and DJ sets. As part of our bar team, you will work in a distinctive, fast-paced environment focused on quality drinks, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences.

KeyResponsibilities

· Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

· Support senior bartenders with drink preparation and daily bar operations.

· Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests.

· Keep the bar clean, organised, and adequately stocked.

· Follow established recipes and presentation standards.

· Comply with responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

· Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.

· Willing to learn bartending techniques, beverage knowledge, and standard recipes.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

· Previous food and beverage or bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
