The posting

  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm
  • Salary: $3,500 - $5,000

Responsibilities

  • Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair Pick and Place equipment used in advanced packaging processes at customer sites.
  • Lead continuous equipment improvement programmes, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhauls, modifications and repair works.
  • Liaise with customers on technical matters, respond to complaints and provide timely solutions to resolve issues related to assigned projects.
  • Monitor and report product performance, providing regular updates and feedback on customers’ service requests.
  • Support in-house application development, customer sample evaluations and on-site benchmarking exercises.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor Pick and Place equipment and epoxy processes.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment at customer sites.
  • Able to be on standby outside regular working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, when required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
