Quantity Surveyor

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 6pm (Sometimes need to do overtime / site meeting), after 9pm have Transport Claim
  • $ 4000 - $ 4900 + $ 30 Mobile Allowance
  • Lavender

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in QS
  • At least 1 year experience in office renovation experience or at least done 1 or 2 office projects

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
  • Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advise on a range of legal and contractual issues
  • Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
  • Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
  • Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
  • Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors
