The posting

Working Location: Bukit Panjang

Working Days: Monday to Friday 730am to 530pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing nursing care and daily support to elderly clients at the day care centre
  • Support nursing staff in ensuring safe and proper care for clients
  • Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, mobility, toileting and personal hygiene when required
  • Maintain proper hygiene and infection control practices, including hand hygiene, equipment cleaning and waste disposal
  • Ensure exercise equipment and care areas are clean, safe and properly maintained
  • Update and maintain daily nursing care records and documentation
  • Assist nursing staff with routine nursing duties and client care activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Aide, Nursing Assistant or Enrolled Nurse in nursing homes, eldercare centres, day care centres or other healthcare settings will be preferred
  • Experience in providing nursing care and assisting elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) will be an advantage
  • Candidates with relevant nursing or healthcare qualifications will be considered
