Project Coordinator – Facade / Aluminium & Glazing

  • Mon - Friday 9am to 6pm & Sat 9am to 1pm
  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Salary: $2,800 – $5,000

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities
  • Coordinate with Main Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Monitor project schedules, site progress and installation activities
  • Ensure installation works follow approved construction drawings and project requirements
  • Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports and documentation
  • Coordinate material orders, deliveries and site logistics
  • Maintain records of site inspections, material deliveries and project activities
  • Arrange site inspections and testing with RTOs, REs and other relevant parties
  • Follow up on shop drawings, material submissions, samples and mock-up approvals
  • Highlight site issues, delays and discrepancies to the Project Manager
  • Support site safety and quality requirements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Relevant construction project coordination experience
  • Façade, aluminium or glazing experience will be advantageous
  • Able to read construction drawings
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD will be advantageous
  • Able to travel to project sites when required
