Assistant de direction RH (H/F) 100%

Description du poste

Dans le cadre de cette position, vous serez amené(e) à apporter un soutien administratif et organisationnel auprès du responsable RH du siège, ainsi qu'à garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la confidentialité des données du personnel.

Dans cette position, vos tâches principales seront les suivantes :

  • Etablir divers courriers et communications internes en français, allemand et anglais
  • Support administratif lors des processus de recrutement, incluant notamment le tri et présélection des candidatures, organisation des entretiens d'engagement et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Accomplir les tâches administratives liées à la gestion du personnel rattaché au siège tout au long du cycle de vie des collaborateurs
  • Soutenir la coordination des activités RH et assurer le suivi des échéances
  • Assurer la qualité des informations et mise à jour des dossiers du personnel
  • Suivre les congés et absences des collaborateurs
  • Etablir et gérer les contrats de travail, avenants, attestations et autres documents RH
  • Assurer le remplacement de l'assistante de la Group Head of HR

Profil

Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une expérience solide en tant qu'assistante de direction et dans le domaine RH. Vous êtes caractérisé par votre sens des responsabilités et votre volonté d'efficacité, vous travaillez de manière autonome et vous sentez à l'aise en équipe.
