Job description

Vous contribuerez activement au bon fonctionnement du point de vente en garantissant un accueil client de qualité et en assurant une présentation soignée des produits.

Tâches :

  • Accueillir et accompagner la clientèle en offrant un service personnalisé.
  • Participer activement aux opérations quotidiennes et soutenir l'équipe en boutique.
  • Contribuer à la gestion de la caisse et aux opérations d'encaissement.
  • Veiller à la bonne tenue de l'espace de vente : présentation des produits et respect des standards de merchandising.
  • Appliquer les procédures internes mises en place par la société.

Profile

  • Une expérience préalable dans la vente est indispensable pour ce poste.
  • Des connaissances dans le domaine de l'horlogerie constituent un sérieux atout.

Professional requirements

  • Vous êtes proactif, à l'aise dans les relations humaines et faites preuve de flexibilité.
  • Vous êtes orienté client et disposez d'une bonne capacité d'écoute.
  • Vous avez une excellente présentation et un sens aigu du service.
  • Vous avez de la facilité avec les tâches administratives.

Languages

* Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ; la connaissance d'une autre langue est un atout.
