APPRENTISSAGE EMPLOYÉ·E DE COMMERCE CFC avec maturité professionnelle commerciale intégrée

Pour une durée de 3 ans à partir d-août 2027

Description du poste ##

  • Mener à bien diverses tâches d-assistance administratives et organisationnelles (tenue d-agenda, rédaction de la correspondance et autres procès-verbaux)
  • Conseiller nos clients et collaborateurs en plusieurs langues et rechercher des solutions constructives et rapides à leurs solutions (en face à face et au téléphone)
  • Planification et organisation de différentes réunions et aide pour les évènements d-entreprise
  • Traitement des commandes et rédaction d-offres, comptabilisation de paiements entrants et autres factures, supervision et négociation des dates de livraison, suivi des formalités douanières ainsi que des documents de facturation
  • Soutenir les différents départements dans lesquels vous travaillerez durant vos stages

Profil ##

  • Scolarité obligatoire achevée et avoir entre 15 et 25 ans
  • Être autonome, fiable et faisant preuve d-initiative

Compétences requises ##

  • Être organisée, coopératif·ve, ouvert·e, motivé·e à apprendre et à découvrir différents domaines au sein de notre entreprise
  • Avoir du goût pour les tâches administratives, le travail sur l-ordinateur et les chiffres

Langues ##

* Être de langue maternelle francophone avec de bonnes connaissances d-allemand
