Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als HR Business Partner übernehmen Sie eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Funktion innerhalb unseres HR-Teams. Sie begleiten Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende kompetent in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Themen und betreuen Ihre Bereiche ganzheitlich entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles.

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung der zugewiesenen Unternehmensbereiche sowie der Mitarbeitenden im Retail-Bereich in sämtlichen HR-relevanten Themen
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
  • Verantwortung für die Rekrutierung sowie Begleitung von Eintritten, Entwicklungen und Austritten
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und termingerechten Personaladministration
  • Unterstützung der Head of HR
  • Verantwortung für den Bereich Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und internen Initiativen
  • Unterstützung der verantwortlichen Person für die berufliche Grundbildung in sämtlichen HR-relevanten Themen rund um die Lernenden

Profil ##

Sie sind eine kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und zeichnen sich durch Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.

Berufliche Anforderungen ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zur HR-Fachperson mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR, vorzugsweise in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Personalbetreuung, Rekrutierung und Personaladministration
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen

Sprachen ##

  • Französisch und Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
