Rubattel & Weyermann SA fait partie du Swatch Group (Leader Mondial de l-horlogerie). Nous sommes reconnus comme étant le partenaire privilégié des marques du Groupe pour la fabrication de cadrans et la décoration de surfaces.

Afin de compléter nos équipes sur notre site de La Chaux-de-Fonds, nous sommes à la recherche d'un collaborateur dynamique, motivé et compétent (H/F) pour le poste de :

Régleur (H/F)

Description du poste ##

  • Réglage et mise en train des machines.
  • Contrôle de la qualité et validation lors du démarrage d-une série selon instruction d-autocontrôle
  • Effectuer les modifications des programmes sur l-interface des machines
  • Résoudre les problèmes, avoir une démarche d'amélioration en lien avec le staff technique/qualité
  • Suivi et encadrement technique de la production
  • Collaboration à la répartition des tâches sur le parc de machines et à la coordination du flux de production
  • Gestion des outillages
  • Si nécessaire, faire de la production dans le respect des délais et de la qualité

Profil ##

  • CFC mécanicien de production ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste de régleur sur des machines d-assemblage ou de dosage automatique,
  • Lecture de plans et utilisation de moyens de contrôle

Compétences requises ##

  • Maîtrise de l-environnement informatique MS Office
  • Capacité à s-affirmer et à prendre des décisions
  • Fiable et méthodique,
  • Flexibilité et esprit d'équipe, ouvert aux horaires d-équipes 2x8
  • Bonne gestion des priorités et du stress
  • Assurer avec bienveillance la transmission des connaissances professionnels aux apprentis

Français: langue maternelle ou excellente maîtrise
