Introduction de la société ##

Au sein de Swatch Group Gems, centrale d-achat spécialisée dans les petits diamants, pierres précieuses et autres gemmes, vous contribuez à la performance et à la sécurisation des approvisionnements pour les marques horlogères du Groupe. Dans un environnement international et exigeant, vous prenez en charge les activités achats liées à votre portefeuille : analyse des besoins, sourcing, appels d-offres, négociation, suivi fournisseurs et coordination avec les partenaires internes.

Description du poste ##

  • Accompagner les marques dans l-expression de leurs besoins et proposer des solutions d-approvisionnement adaptées.
  • Identifier, évaluer et développer un panel de fournisseurs fiables, compétitifs et conformes aux exigences du Groupe.
  • Piloter les appels d-offres, analyser les offres et conduire les négociations commerciales.
  • Suivre la performance fournisseurs en matière de prix, qualité, délais, service et conditions commerciales.
  • Anticiper les risques d-approvisionnement et contribuer à l-amélioration continue des pratiques achats.
  • Pour le volet stratégique, participer à l-évolution et au déploiement de la stratégie achats.

Profil ##

  • Formation supérieure en achats, supply chain, commerce international ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans les achats, idéalement dans un environnement international ou industriel.
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus achats : sourcing, RFQ, négociation, contractualisation et suivi fournisseurs.
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux, d-analyse et de reporting.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, intégrité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Autonomie, proactivité, orientation solutions et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
