Position: RETENTION AGENTS (FR) [Tunisia]

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

A leading company in Tunisia is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Retention Agents with experience in the french market to join their team in Tunis, Tunisia. As a Retention Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service - Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations - Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients

Qualifications:

- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a must

- Previous experience as retention agent in the French Market , is a must

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
