The posting

Our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking housekeeping attendant cum butler for their private villa in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

  1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel or property standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as required.
  2. General Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture. Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
  3. Reporting & Inventory: Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, malfunctioning appliances). Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.

Butler Services:

  1. Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and escort them to their rooms. Handle luggage, unpack for guests, and provide personalized room setup.
  2. Personalized Guest Service: Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience. Provide wake-up calls, morning coffee, or tea, and evening turndown service. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a housekeeper, butler, or in hospitality roles.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining cleanliness and providing personalized service.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy for guests.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle guest issues and requests quickly and effectively.
  • Overseas candidates preferred
