Our client is a leading hospitality group based in Abu Dhabi are looking for an experienced Restaurant GM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Deliver superior guest services
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
  • Plan new and update existing menus
  • Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
  • Participate at local food events

What we are looking for?

Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Operations Manager or similar role in the UAEExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Acute financial management skillsGood time-management skillsCulinary school diploma or BS degree in Business AdministrationAvailable immediately to join
