Job Description: The client seeks a highly skilled and motivated AI Researcher to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the exploration and application of cutting-edge AI technologies. As an AI Researcher, you will contribute to both the theoretical and practical aspects of AI initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct innovative research in artificial intelligence, including but not limited to areas like machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Develop algorithms and models to solve complex problems in various domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences.
  • Contribute to the company’s intellectual property through patents and research papers.
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of research in AI, evidenced by publications, patents, or developed systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postdoctoral or industry experience in AI research.
  • Experience in applying AI in domains like healthcare, finance, robotics, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a research project or a small team.
