We are recruiting Finance Mentors with a passion for empowering SMEs and improving their financial performance. Since 2017, we have supported SMEs by offering mentorship, networks, information, tools, and skills to guide them toward impactful business outcomes. Through partnerships with corporates, government, and development organizations, we design and implement programs that enable SMEs to contribute meaningfully to the economy. The Transformation Legacy is reshaping the trajectory of African entrepreneurs through uniquely designed interventions that empower entrepreneurs to build profitable, legacy-driven businesses that respond to industry needs, create new markets, and transform the lives of ordinary people. Our daily mission is to equip entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and support they require to achieve sustainable business growth and create generational wealth. Requirements POSITION Finance Mentors PURPOSE OF Role The aim is to transfer financial management skills to the SMEs to enable them to build financial sustainability in their businesses. The finance mentor will work with each SME through monthly one-on-one sessions to help them develop financial goals and to build financial management practices so that they can manage their finances adequately. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Academic degree in accounting Experience: 3 years or more Registered with an accounting body (e.g. IAC, CIMA, SAICA) To apply, submit your CV and qualifications to [email protected].
