What You’ll Do:

The Role:

Primary responsibilities consist of conducting group cross-country ski lessons for beginning and intermediate skiers. Lessons are scheduled at 11 AM and 1 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Walk-in lessons are welcome as space permits; instructors will be required to be on-site and ready to instruct as needed. You will contact the staff at the Visitor Center prior to coming to determine if people have signed up for lessons. If people have registered, you will greet them at Notchview and conduct an approximately one-hour lesson. In addition to teaching cross-country skiing skills, the lesson will include a short orientation to Notchview and to The Trustees. Instructors will maintain a logbook, recording the lesson taught, the date and how many people in the lesson. While the primary role of the instructor is to conduct group lessons at the advertised times, instructors may give individual or family group lessons by separate arrangement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
