Buscamos un/a Auxiliar Técnico/a Veterinario/a (ATV) con al menos 1 año de experiencia para incorporarse a una clínica veterinaria ubicada en Sant Andreu (Barcelona), con un modelo de trabajo basado en la veterinaria vegana, antiespecista, sostenible y cruelty-free.

Se busca un perfil con excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente, organización y comunicación, ya que la posición estará orientada principalmente a recepción, combinando estas funciones con el apoyo al equipo clínico.

No es imprescindible ser vegano/a, aunque se priorizarán candidaturas con conocimientos sobre veganismo y afinidad con la filosofía del centro.

Funciones del puesto

Recepción y atención al cliente (80%)

  • Atención presencial y telefónica a tutores.
  • Gestión de citas, agendas y organización de consultas.
  • Manejo del programa de gestión veterinaria Provet.
  • Gestión administrativa, cobros y facturación.
  • Resolución de consultas y seguimiento de las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Coordinación con el equipo veterinario para garantizar una atención cercana y de calidad.

Apoyo clínico (20%)

  • Asistencia al equipo veterinario en consultas y procedimientos.
  • Preparación y mantenimiento del material clínico.
  • Apoyo en el manejo y cuidado de pacientes.
  • Colaboración en las tareas generales de la clínica.

Requisitos

  • Formación como Auxiliar Técnico/a Veterinario/a (ATV).
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en clínica veterinaria.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y excelente trato con clientes y tutores.
  • Capacidad de organización, autonomía y trabajo en equipo.
  • Se valorará experiencia con el programa Provet.
  • Se priorizarán perfiles con conocimientos sobre veganismo y sensibilidad hacia el bienestar animal.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de catalán.

Condiciones

  • Jornada completa de lunes a viernes.
  • Horario fijo de 12:30 a 20:30 h.
  • Sin fines de semana.
  • Salario según convenio, con revisión salarial a los 6 meses.

Sobre la clínica

Centro veterinario de 350 m², especializado en la atención de pequeños animales y exóticos, con instalaciones modernas y un enfoque multidisciplinar.

Dispone de 3 consultas, 2 quirófanos, hospitalización diferenciada por especies, laboratorio propio, radiología y sala de rehabilitación, además de incorporar nuevas tecnologías en la práctica veterinaria.

El equipo está formado por 3 veterinarias y 3 ATV, en un entorno que apuesta por el respeto animal, la sostenibilidad y el trato cercano con los tutores.
