The posting

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company. They are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot and carry out corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime
  • Lead and supervise technicians in preventive maintenance, repair and overhaul of plant machinery
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities for safe, reliable plant operations
  • Manage spare parts inventory so critical components are always available
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors and service providers
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant (2 to 3 years preferred, but strong hands-on skills matter more than years)
  • Practical know-how in at least some of these areas: PLCs, IPCs, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics and automation troubleshooting. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them.
  • A Higher Nitec, Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or a related field. Candidates with ITE qualifications and solid hands-on experience are welcome to apply.
  • A calm, can-do attitude when things go wrong
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days a week, with overtime when needed

What’s in it for you

  • Attractive salary of S$4,500 to S$5,500
  • AWS plus various bonuses (2 to 4 months)
  • Stable career with a well-established company

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
