Premium hospitality is in a quiet crisis. No one at the top is naming it.

Show rates are dropping. Captain culture has eroded. Hotels and venues are being told to accept agency dispatch, 1099 chaos, and a workforce that does not care about the room.

We started The Wilkinson Firm because we believed the firms that take the work seriously would be the firms that define the next chapter of premium hospitality. We are putting captain culture back at the center.

What you would actually do

  • Quarterly conversations with our leadership about what you are seeing in your market
  • Calibrate brand standards to the hotels, venues, and operators in your region. Every market is different.
  • Train our captain teams in your area when timing fits. We bring the curriculum. You bring the field credibility.
  • Open doors to senior hospitality leaders in your network. When introductions become TWF accounts, you participate in the upside.
  • Co-author or co-present industry content under your name when it fits your voice

You have spent your career in hospitality at a level most people only read about.
