Job Summary

Join Anytime Fitness Pasir Ris as a Sales Consultant and Fitness Coach in a hybrid role, managing daily sales operations while delivering personalized fitness coaching to help members achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily gym operations run smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and conducting equipment checks
  • Manage sales queries, follow up on leads, handle member feedback, and perform onboarding and basic administrative tasks
  • Support and participate in community engagement initiatives and club events to enhance member experience
  • Contribute actively to member retention strategies and improve overall member satisfaction
  • Collaborate in creating marketing content for promotional purposes to boost club visibility
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and develop customized training plans tailored to individual member needs
  • Deliver effective 1-on-1 and/or small group training sessions that motivate and educate members
  • Track client progress systematically and ensure safety protocols are followed during all workout sessions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer credential (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Sales/administration background

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in gym operations or fitness coaching
  • Comfortable engaging with members and handling sales activities
  • Ability to commit to shift schedules including some weekends and evening.
