Voor onze receptie zoeken wij een ervaren Frontoffice Medewerker / Receptionist die weet wat gastvrijheid op niveau betekent. Iemand die gewend is om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, snel kan schakelen en ervoor zorgt dat onze gasten zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom en goed verzorgd voelen.

Profiel:

Wij maken graag kennis met een kandidaat met een gastgerichte instelling; iemand die er plezier in heeft het anderen naar de zin te maken. Iemand die staat voor luxe en kwaliteit. Met de juiste omgangsvormen. En iemand die niet schrikt van situaties waarin alles tegelijk gebeurt! Je houdt het hoofd koel, hebt overzicht, bent een duizendpoot, bent creatief en flexibel, zet door en spreekt je talen. Uiteraard is een commerciële instelling een tweede natuur. Ervaring en de juiste instelling vinden wij voor deze functie erg belangrijk. We zijn dan ook echt op zoek naar iemand die al de nodige ervaring en levenservaring meebrengt en snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan.

Taken: Je maakt hotel- en restaurantreserveringen, doet de in- en uitcheck, zorgt voor de informatie verstrekking aan gasten en doet administratieve afhandelingen. Je rapporteert aan de hoofd receptie. Er wordt gewerkt in wisseldiensten. Weekend en feestdagen behoren daar ook aan toe. Het is bespreekbaar om in een wat vastere structuur te werken.

Wij bieden:

Op onze organisatie is de horeca CAO van toepassing. De functie van receptioniste wordt ingeschaald in functiegroep V, afhankelijk van leeftijd, kennis en ervaring.

Het salaris bedraagt bij een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur per week circa € 2.312,34 tot € 2.763,47 bruto per maand. De exacte inschaling is afhankelijk van relevante werkervaring en leeftijd.

Functie eisen: Middelbare hotelschool of soortgelijke opleiding niveau 4 (dienstverlening/commercieel) Ervaring ( 2-5 jaar) in een hotelreceptie of vergelijkbare functie. Kennis van reserveringssystemen (Shiji is een pré) Goede spreekvaardigheid van Engels en Duits Bereid in wisseldiensten en in weekenden en op feestdagen te werken. Ieder weekend 1 dag of om het weekend een geheel weekend.
