The posting

Sous l’autorité du Directeur de la communication - Secrétaire général adjoint, et intégrée au sein du Secrétariat général, en lien étroit avec une autre attachée de presse, la personne recrutée assurera notamment les missions suivantes :

- Élaborer et mettre en place, avec le Directeur de la communication - Secrétaire général adjoint, la stratégie de relations presse pour la programmation de chaque saison ;

- Assurer la production et la diffusion des documents de communication du service presse tout au long de la saison (calendriers, dossiers de presse, communiqués de presse, invitations aux premières, etc.) ;

- Promouvoir les spectacles du théâtre auprès des relais médiatiques appropriés ;

- Promouvoir les activités et l’actualité du théâtre auprès des relais médiatiques appropriés (patrimoine, institution, action culturelle, partenariats, etc.) ;

- Participer à la relance des journalistes, à la mise en place et au suivi des interviews ;

- Accompagner les artistes en production aux différents rendez-vous dans les médias ;

- Veiller au bon déroulement des interviews, tournages et shootings ayant lieu au sein du théâtre et assurer l’information en interne sur les tournages dans le respect des accords audiovisuels ;

- Réaliser et communiquer en interne des revues de presse hebdomadaires et pour chaque production ;

- Assurer la gestion des accréditations presse ;

- Organiser les tournages et interviews les soirs de répétition générale ;

- Accueillir la presse les soirs de première ;

- Alimenter et mettre à jour le fichier presse ;

- Réaliser toute autre tâche qui s’avère nécessaire à la bonne marche du service de presse.

Description du profil recherché

  • Une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans les relations presse dans le domaine du spectacle vivant est indispensable à la prise en compte de toute candidature

Savoirs

  • Excellente connaissance de la presse en général et de la presse culture en particulier ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du logiciel InDesign indispensable ;
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable ;

Savoir-être

  • Curiosité et sensibilité pour le spectacle vivant et la musique ;
  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur ;
  • Réactivité et capacité d’adaptation ;
  • Excellent rédactionnel et très bonne orthographe ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût pour le travail en équipe ;
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité dans l’emploi du temps (travail en soirée, le week-end, etc.).

Conditions du poste

Le poste est exercé dans un bureau partagé, au sein du théâtre, favorisant les échanges. Les locaux, situés dans l'enceinte du Théâtre du Châtelet, sont lumineux et disposent de fenêtres ainsi que d'ascenseurs permettant l'accès aux différents niveaux du bâtiment.

Les missions peuvent nécessiter des déplacements fréquents au sein et en dehors du théâtre. Une disponibilité en soirée, certains week-ends ou jours fériés est à prévoir.

Rémunération : 3000 €-3400 € brut en fonction de l’expérience
