Als Sales Representative (m/d/w) im Vertrieb & B2B Sales bei The Branding Club kontaktierst du täglich neue potenzielle Kunden, mit einem klaren Ziel: Deals abschließen und dein Kundenportfolio ausbauen.

Von unserem Büro in Köln aus, arbeitest du in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem Ergebnisorientierung, Entwicklung und Teamspirit im Mittelpunkt stehen, mit der Perspektive die Karriereleiter aufzusteigen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Sales Representative (m/d/w) im Vertrieb & B2B Sales bist du der Motor unseres Wachstums im Sales Team:

  • Aktive Suche nach passenden Prospects (Cafés, Restaurants, Bars)
  • Kaltakquise und B2B Neukundengewinnung
  • Vom ersten Kontakt über Beratung und Angebot, bis hin zum Abschluss des Deals
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Durch Sales Trainings, High Performance-Coaching und direktes Feedback entwickelst du dich fachlich und persönlich schnell weiter. Bei starkem Erfolg profitierst du von attraktiven Bonus und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Unser Wunschprofil

  • Ausgeprägte Sales & Vertriebs-Motivation, sowie Fokus auf Ziele und Ergebnisse
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten, Energie und Überzeugungskraft
  • Freude an Kaltakquise und B2B Sales
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und English
  • Du fühlst du in einem ambitionierten und leistungsorientierten Team wohl
  • Sales Erfahrung ist ein Plus, entscheidend sind Mindset und Drive
