Job Summary:

The Restaurant General Manager at The Breakers Palm Beach is a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing the restaurant team to ensure compliance with service standards, focused training, performance metrics, and accountability. They act as the face of the restaurant, guarantee exceptional guest experiences, food safety compliance, and departmental cleanliness. Additionally, they play a key role in coaching and developing the management team for leadership growth and effectively communicate divisional initiatives and vision.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll

- Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
