Job Description: As a Spa Therapist at The Bristol Belgrade, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments to our clients in a calming and soothing environment. Your role will involve assessing client needs, recommending treatments, and ensuring the highest standard of service and professionalism. We expect our therapists to maintain a strong knowledge of spa services, skincare, and wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services.
  • Provide personalized consultations and recommend treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and spa environment.
  • Ensure all equipment and products are maintained and replenished as necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in wellness and spa therapies.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Certification or qualification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist (preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, facial treatments, and body therapies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for wellness and client care.
