Opis projektu

Nasz klient to jedna z największych platform e-commerce w Europie, z której codziennie korzystają miliony użytkowników. Firma łączy sprzedawców – od małych biznesów po globalne marki – z klientami, oferując ogromny wybór produktów, szybkie dostawy i dopracowane doświadczenie zakupowe.

W tym projekcie dołączysz do zespołu rozwijającego system odpowiedzialny za ranking ofert sponsorowanych z wykorzystaniem Machine Learning. Twoje analizy będą wspierać rozwój produktu – od projektowania eksperymentów i definiowania KPI po podejmowanie kluczowych decyzji biznesowych.

Zakres roli

  • Prowadzenie analiz produktowych i przekładanie potrzeb biznesowych na rekomendacje oparte na danych.
  • Tworzenie i rozwój replikowalnych workflow analitycznych z wykorzystaniem SQL/BigQuery oraz Python lub R.
  • Wykorzystywanie metod Machine Learning do rozwiązywania problemów biznesowych i optymalizacji produktów.
  • Projektowanie dashboardów oraz data storytelling wspierających podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych.
  • Współpraca z Product Managerami, UX Designerami, zespołami deweloperskimi i biznesem przy rozwoju produktów.

Wymagania „must have”

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia jako Data Analyst lub Data Engineer w środowiskach produkcyjnych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość SQL, w tym tworzenia i optymalizacji złożonych zapytań.
  • Doświadczenie z Pythonem w obszarze przetwarzania i analizy danych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość metod Machine Learning (np. scikit-learn, pandas, boosted decision trees).
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu, prowadzeniu i analizie testów A/B.
  • Umiejętność analizy procesów klienckich oraz prezentowania wyników w Tableau lub Looker Studio.
  • Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu inicjatyw analitycznych oraz komunikacji z interesariuszami biznesowymi.
  • Umiejętność łączenia analiz ilościowych z badaniami UX i analizami rynkowymi.
  • Zrozumienie obszaru UX, projektowania produktów oraz architektury backendowej.

Nice to have

  • Znajomość Google BigQuery i środowiska GCP.
  • Doświadczenie z wersjonowanymi workflow analitycznymi.
  • Doświadczenie w mentoringu lub rozwijaniu standardów analitycznych.
