The Crazy Seller ist keine klassische Verkaufsfirma, wir sind Bühne, Bewegung und Marke zugleich. Wir stehen mit vollem Einsatz auf Märkten und Events in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich. Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen live zu begeistern und mit Produkten zu überzeugen, die Wirkung zeigen. Wenn du nicht einfach einen Job suchst, sondern deinen Platz in einem echten Verkaufsabenteuer, dann lies weiter.

Dein Einstieg: 3 Monate Praxiseinsatz (ohne Verkaufsverantwortung)

  • Aufbau, Abbau, Logistik & Lager, direkt an der Verkaufsfront
  • 25 CHF brutto pro Stunde inkl. Spesen
  • Du lernst das System kennen, packst mit an und zeigst, was in dir steckt
  • Danach entscheiden wir gemeinsam, ob du auf die Verkaufsbühne gehörst

Was dich erwartet (wenn du durchziehst)

Wenn du den Einstieg meisterst, beginnt dein Weg in einem klar strukturierten 3-Jahres-System.

  • Im ersten Jahr als Verkäufer:in bekommst du Fixlohn & 20 % Provision. Du lernst zu verkaufen, zu führen und auf jeder Bühne zu überzeugen.
  • Im zweiten und dritten Jahr arbeitest du auf Profi-Level, mit höherem Fixlohn, 25 % Provision, Top-Einsätzen und Zugang zu Sonderprojekten. Du bist dann ein festes Gesicht des Systems.

Wer durchzieht, verdient am Ende nicht nur überdurchschnittlich, sondern ist bereit für alles: Wintermärkte, Auslandseinsätze oder sogar ein eigenes Standmodell.
