Description des tâches:L'entrepriseThedis Europe S.A. et Lëtz SA sont deux sociétés luxembourgeoises actives dans la torréfaction et la distribution de café et de thé (Lëtz Coffee, Roude Léiw Bounekaffi, Harney & Sons Europe) ainsi que dans le service technique de machines à café (Coffee Pro / LëtzTechs). Entreprise familiale à taille humaine, certifiée Fairtrade, Bio et Made in Luxembourg.Votre missionVous prenez en charge, de manière autonome, la comptabilité de nos deux sociétés luxembourgeoises, entièrement dans Odoo Enterprise (v18):• Tenue de la comptabilité générale: encodage et validation des factures fournisseurs, suivi des factures clients, rapprochements bancaires Suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs, lettrage, relances.• Déclarations TVA luxembourgeoises (périodiques et annuelle) et états récapitulatifs intracommunautaires, générés depuis Odoo et déposés via eCDF• Déclarations Intrastat (STATEC)• Clôtures mensuelles et préparation de la clôture annuelle: comptes annuels au format PCN et dépôt via eCDF• Fichier FAIA (SAF-T luxembourgeois) à la demande de l'administration• Contrôle de la qualité des données comptables dans Odoo et amélioration des paramétrages (journaux, taxes, plan comptable)• Interlocuteur de la direction pour toute question comptable et fiscale couranteVotre profil• Formation en comptabilité (bachelier ou équivalent) et expérience d'au moins [3] ans• Maîtrise d'Odoo Enterprise indispensable (comptabilité, TVA, rapports) : vous êtes autonome du premier jour• Bonne connaissance de la comptabilité et de la TVA luxembourgeoises (PCN, eCDF); une expérience de dossiers transfrontaliers est un plus• Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation et respect des échéances• Français courant; [anglais / allemand / luxembourgeois] = atoutNous offrons• Contrat [CDI] à temps partiel, 16 h/semaine, horaires à convenir [répartition: 2 jours? 4 demi-journées?]• Salaire luxembourgeois: [montant brut ou « selon expérience »]• [Télétravail partiel possible / présence sur site]• Un environnement stable, varié et une direction disponibleLieu de travail: 5, Zone Industrielle, L-8821 Riesenhaff — accès facile depuis la province de Luxembourg (Bastogne, Martelange, Arlon)Candidature: CV et lettre de motivation à [<a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> / <a href="[email protected]" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>], en mentionnant votre expérience Odoo
