Early Childhood Educators

Teacher | Assistant Teacher | Aide Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Ages 6 Weeks to 6 Years

At The Goddard School of Brooklyn Park, we are always looking for passionate educators who want to make a difference in the lives of young children. Whether you are an experienced teacher, beginning your career in early childhood education, or looking for a supportive team environment, we would love to meet you.

Our educators work together to create engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that help children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

What makes us different? Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing hands-on support, coaching, and resources to help our faculty succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children
  • Implement engaging lessons and learning activities
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
  • Encourage exploration, creativity, and independence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Teacher

  • Associate's Degree (AA) or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential plus 2 years of experience, or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field plus 1 year of experience

Assistant Teacher

  • Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education credits or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience preferred

Aide

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience preferred

All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
