Missions : Formation, Recrutement et communication RH

MISSIONS :

Au sein de l’équipe talent Acquisition et Development France vous interviendrez au près des équipes sur les missions suivantes :

Formation :

- Découvrir et contribuer activement au suivi administratif et financier dans le respect du cadre légal de la formation professionnelle. Utilisation des outils Training Orchestra et des portails OPCA. Participer à la consolidation des reportings des différentes entités.

- Aide à la conception, l’organisation et au pilotage de journées thématiques

Service Recrutement :

- A partir des jobs desk, rédiger et publier les annonces via l’ATS jobvite

- Identifier, sélectionner et qualifier les candidats en lien avec les hiring managers

- Contribuer au rayonnement des offres et de la marque employeur via les réseaux sociaux (linkedin, Indeed..)

En transverse :

- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de l’un des projets transverses :

On boarding / campus management / Talent Program

PROFIL SOUHAITE :

Formation souhaitée :

  • Vous êtes étudiant(e) en ressources humaines (Bac +2 à Bac+ 4/5).
  • Première expérience souhaitée dans les ressources humaines.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du Pack Office, messageries, outils type doodle, réseaux sociaux professionnels.

Compétences requises :

  • Savoir organiser et gérer son temps
  • Faire preuve de rigueur
  • Etre orienté client et faire preuve de qualités relationnelles
  • Curiosité et ouverture d’esprit
  • Capacité d’adaptation
  • Niveau d’anglais Toeic 700

Poste ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap, à pourvoir dès que possible pour 6 mois minimum ou césure.
