About the Role

We are building a talent pipeline of professionals within the Construction & Real Estate industry to support upcoming opportunities across project management, property management, site operations, quantity surveying, and real estate sales.

This is an opportunity to showcase your experience and be considered for future roles within a growing network of construction and real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support construction projects and site operations, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain within scope
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and contracts
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and liaising with vendors and contractors
  • Assist with property management activities, including tenant coordination and maintenance tracking
  • Analyze project or property data to support decision-making and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and sales teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or site operations is preferred
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, or property management systems is an asset
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, project-driven environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
