Job Title : DevOps Engineer

Role Purpose

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), driving automation, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments using infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment processes and platform stability
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure systems comply with security, compliance, and governance requirements

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and services
  • Solid understanding of automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Strong awareness of security, compliance, and risk management principles

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security testing
  • Experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical systems
  • Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading platform initiatives
