We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate IT Administrator. This position will report to the IT Manager of the organization and will have below-mentioned responsibilities:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support to users

Setting up accounts for new users

Liaising with the Construction Sector IT team to resolve issues

Liaising with Group IT team to resolve issues

Liaising with the vendors to resolve issues

Supporting IT Admin related tasks in other branches

Individual Skills

Analytical capability, problem-solving capability and multi-task ability

Stakeholder relationship management and high ability to work as a team

Excellent written and oral communication

Mindset and Behaviour

The high degree of integrity and transparency

High level of energy, autonomy, motivation, service, customer focus, resilience
