The posting

Wil jij meer leren over hospitality en brede werkervaring opdoen? Dan is onze stage de perfecte start om ervaring op te doen.

Tijdens je stage draai je mee in de dagelijkse operatie, zodat je alle kanten van het vak leert kennen waar je de rest van je loopbaan nog iets aan hebt!

Vessel is dé plek om te werken. In de zomer geniet je van het leukste terras aan het IJ, vol zon en gezelligheid. En in de winter toveren we Vessel om tot een knusse en sfeervolle hotspot.

De stage

Als F&B stagiair(e) werk je samen met het team en de Restaurant Manager om ervoor te zorgen dat alles in het restaurant soepel verloopt. Je staat niet langs de kant, maar draait echt mee in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en krijgt zo ervaring in alle facetten van hospitality.

Hoe ziet een dag eruit? Je start de dag met een lekkere cappuccino en bespreekt samen met het team de reserveringen en planning. Daarna ga je direct aan de slag: je serveert gasten in het restaurant, helpt mee achter de bar en ondersteunt bij evenementen. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

Je leert gasten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier te benaderen, maakt een praatje met vaste gasten en geeft tips over leuke plekjes in de stad. Alles wat je doet draagt bij aan een topbeleving voor onze Vessel gasten.
