The posting

Voor CEVEK zijn we opzoek naar een nauwkeurige en technisch sterke projectvoorbereider die mee zijn schouders wil zetten onder onze projecten. Je vertaalt technische plannen en ontwerpen naar een gedetailleerde 3D-modellen in Revit en zorgt voor een grondige voorbereidinng van de werkzaamheden. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen, stemt plannen af met verschillende betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten tot in de puntjes voorbereid zijn. Zo leg jij mee de basis voor een vlotte en succesvolle uitvoering op de werf.

Je staat in voor de technische voorbereiding en uitwerking van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat onze werfleiders en monteurs met correcte plannen, berekeningen en materiaalgegevens aan de slag kunnen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je maakt en beheert 3D-modellen en technische plannen in Autodesk Revit.
  • Je voert technische en wiskundige berekeningen uit, waaronder warmteverliesberekeningen, dimesionering van leidingen en kanalen en berekeningen van debieten en vermogens.
  • Je bepaalt de nodige materialen, componenten en technische specificaties voor de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Je detecteert mogelijke conflicten tussen verschillende technieken en zoekt naar efficiënte oplossingen. Je controleert plannen en modellen op technsiche haalbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid en uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Je ondersteunt de werfleiders en monteurs tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten.

We zoeken een analytisch sterke en nauwkeurige medewerder die technische kennis weet te combineren met digitale vaardigheden en organisatorisch inzicht.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding gevolgd in elektromechanica, klimatisatie, HVAC, energietechnologie of een aanverwante technsiche richting.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis van HVAC-installaties, verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair.
  • Je hebt basis ervaring in Autodesk Revit en BIM-modellering, bij voorkeur binnen technische gebouwinstallaties.
  • Je hebt ook voor detail en werkt nauwkerurig en gestructureerd.
