Theodo accompagne depuis 2009 les entreprises innovantes dans la conception, le développement et le déploiement de produits digitaux ingénieux - tels que la plateforme TF1+, l'application LCL Pro ou l'application France Identité Numérique - en tirant parti du meilleur de la technologie et de l’approche Lean.

Theodo connait une croissance exceptionnelle depuis 15 ans : nos équipes rassemblent plus de 850 Theodoers, principalement des Software Engineers, passionnés de technologie et d’amélioration continue. En 2025, le groupe Theodo génère 100M€ de CA.

Theodo lance une nouvelle practice dédiée aux Médias, Loisirs, Travel & Entertainment, avec une ambition forte : accompagner les leaders du secteur dans la conception et le développement de produits digitaux grand public, à fort trafic et à forts enjeux technologiques (web, mobile, data, IA, cloud).

Cette practice adresse des plateformes à grande échelle : streaming, contenu, billetterie, CRM, personnalisation, expérience utilisateur temps réel...

Le rôle:

Développement commercial

  • Développer un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques et identifier de nouvelles opportunités dans les secteurs des Médias, Loisirs, Travel & Entertainment (Deezer, Canal+, Pass Culture, Accor, FranceTV...)
  • Piloter des cycles de vente complexes auprès de décideurs C-level, CTO et directions métiers.
  • Construire et piloter ton pipeline commercial, de la prospection au closing.
  • Travailler en binôme avec un Solution Architect pour construire des propositions commerciales différenciantes.
  • Piloter les AO stratégiques : coordination, réponse, pricing et soutenance.

Account Management

  • Devenir le trusted advisor de tes clients et développer une relation de confiance dans la durée.
  • Identifier leurs enjeux business et technologiques et proposer les expertises du groupe adaptées.

Delivery

  • Participer ponctuellement au delivery d’un ou plusieurs projets durant ta première année pour comprendre nos métiers et renforcer ton expertise.
  • Coordonner les équipes, suivre la satisfaction client et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.

Profil recherché :

  • Idéalement diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur.
  • 3+ ans d’expérience en vente dans le conseil, idéalement auprès de clients Media & Entertainment
  • Une bonne compréhension des enjeux du marché et des problématiques clients sur ces sujets.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente et d’Account Management sur des cycles complexes.
  • Excellent relationnel, leadership et capacité à embarquer clients, partenaires et équipes.
  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve), avec l’envie d’apprendre et de progresser rapidement.
