Deine Mission:

  • Storytelling & Content Creation auf LinkedIn: Du entwickelst Content-Strategien und erstellst LinkedIn Inhalte für bekannte Unternehmer:innen, Top-Manager und spannende Persönlichkeiten vom Start-up Gründer bis zum DAX-CEO.
  • Community Management & Growth Hacking: Du interagierst mit der Community unserer Kund:innen, beantwortest Kommentare, DMs und unterstützt bei der strategischen Netzwerk Erweiterung.
  • Corporate Influencing begleiten: Du unterstützt Mitarbeitende großer Unternehmen dabei, auf LinkedIn sichtbar zu werden und ihre Expertise authentisch zu teilen, indem du unserem Trainer-Team zuarbeitest.
  • Workshop Konzeption & Moderation: Du lernst die coolsten Methoden, um in unterschiedlichen Workshop Formaten mit unseren Kunden strategische Grundlagen oder andere Projektbestandteile zu entwickeln.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast Lust auf die Themen Personal Branding & Corporate Influencing
  • Du bist empathisch und kannst dich überdurchschnittlich gut in andere Menschen und Perspektiven hineinversetzen.
  • Du bist Profi in der Recherche von Inhalten, kannst interessanten Fragestellungen aus fremden Fachbereichen nachgehen und überprüfst deine Quellen sorgfältig.
  • Du hast ein Händchen für die grafische Erstellung von Inhalten (z. B. Canva) und bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Videoproduktion gesammelt (z. B. iMovie oder Premiere).
  • Du beherrschst eine sehr gute Rechtschreibung und weißt: Der Teufel steckt im Detail.
  • Du hast Lust zu lernen wie man Corporate Influencer trainiert oder Workshops moderiert
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder einen Bachelor abgeschlossen
  • Bestenfalls bespielst du deinen eigenen LinkedIn-Account oder einen anderen Social Media Kanal bereits aktiv und hast erste Erfahrungen auf einer Plattform gesammelt (Algorithmus, KPIs etc.).
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
