This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance & Goals to support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR solutions. In this role, you will help optimize performance management and goal-setting processes, ensuring that system capabilities align with business requirements and organizational objectives. You will analyze stakeholder needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend effective solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Working in a collaborative, client-focused environment, you will partner with relevant teams to support solution delivery and ongoing system evolution. Advanced or fluent English proficiency is essential for professional communication in an international business context. This is a fully remote, long-term opportunity based in Brazil, offered under a contractor (PJ) arrangement.

Accountabilities

  • Implement, configure, maintain, and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solutions.
  • Support performance management and goal-setting processes by ensuring that system functionality meets business needs.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP SuccessFactors configurations and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, improve system performance, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the solution.
  • Provide ongoing application support and contribute to the evolution and stability of the platform.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements, address challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English during meetings, discussions, and other work-related interactions.
  • Prioritize activities according to urgency, business impact, and project needs while maintaining a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Proven experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
  • Knowledge of solution configuration, ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend appropriate system enhancements.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency for professional communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Fully remote work arrangement.
