Theras è alla ricerca di un/a Laureando/a o Neolaureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale (gestione dell’innovazione) / Ingegneria Biomedica / Biotecnologie per un tirocinio da attivare nell’area Open Innovation del dipartimento di Ricerca&Sviluppo, a supporto del processo di gestione dell’innovazione.

L’attività svolta nel tirocinio può offrire materiale utile alla costruzione di una tesi di laurea.

Nello specifico, la persona avrà accesso ai dati relativi a tutte le attività di scouting e valutazione di nuove opportunità di collaborazione, partnership, ecc. effettuate negli ultimi anni nell’ambito dell’Open Innovation.

Attività:

  • Supporto nella mappatura delle attività di Open Innovation
  • Ricostruzione e strutturazione delle informazioni dello storico all’interno della piattaforma QScout
  • Identificazione ed elaborazione di KPI utili a monitorare il processo ed elaborazione di statistiche significative per l'azienda
  • Aggiornamento della procedura di valutazione delle aziende target, allineandola al nuovo flusso e alle funzionalità AI del portale.

Requisiti:

  • Laureando/a o Neolaureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale, in alternativa Ingegneria Biomedica o Biotecnologie, con specializzazione/indirizzo in Gestione dell’innovazione
  • Disponibilità di almeno 3 giorni a settimana presso la sede aziendale.
  • Durata: 6 mesi
  • Competenze informatiche (utilizzo di PC e software gestionali)
  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli, capacità analitiche e di problem solving
