ポジション概要（Position Summary）

免疫診断事業部（ImmunoDiagnostics Division：IDD）において、売上上位の重要顧客を複数担当し、アカウント戦略の立案・実行を通じて売上の最大化を推進します。

また、自身の営業活動に加え、チームメンバーへの助言や営業活動の支援を行い、チーム全体の売上目標達成に貢献します。さらに、現場で得られる市場・顧客情報を積極的に共有し、営業マネージャーによる戦略立案や意思決定をサポートします。

主な職務内容（Essential Duties and Responsibilities）

1. 重要顧客のアカウントマネジメント

  • IDD部門における売上上位10社レベルの重要顧客を複数担当し、営業活動全般をリードする。
  • 大手検査センターを中心とした主要顧客との関係構築・維持・強化を通じて、継続的な売上拡大を推進する。
  • 担当顧客のニーズや課題を的確に把握し、最適な製品・ソリューションを提案する。
  • Key Account Managerと同等規模の売上を担当し、事業部全体への影響度が高い重要顧客のマネジメントを担う。

2. チーム全体の売上最大化への貢献

  • チームの年間事業計画（AOP：Annual Operating Plan）の達成および売上最大化に向けた営業活動を推進する。
  • 自身の経験や専門知識を活かし、チームメンバーが担当する中堅・大手検査センター、基幹病院、健診施設、研究機関などへの営業活動に対して助言・支援を行う。
  • 必要に応じて営業同行を実施し、顧客への提案活動や課題解決をサポートする。
  • チーム内での知識・成功事例の共有を通じて、営業力の向上に貢献する。

3. 営業戦略の立案およびマネジメント支援

  • 担当エリアの市場動向や顧客ニーズを分析し、製品別・施設別の売上Forecast（予測）を策定する。
  • 市場分析や営業実績に基づき、適切な営業戦略・戦術の立案および実行に貢献する。
  • 営業週次会議、Forecast会議、アカウントレビュー、イニシアティブレビューなどに積極的に参加する。
  • 現場に近い立場から市場・顧客情報や改善提案を発信し、営業マネージャーの意思決定および事業運営をサポートする。

4. 免疫診断製品の販売拡大および新規顧客開拓

  • アレルギー・自己免疫疾患領域において、検査センターや基幹病院に対する医療機器・検査試薬の販売拡大を推進する。
  • 顧客との関係強化および製品提案を通じて、市場における当社製品のプレゼンス向上に貢献する。
  • アレルギー関連診療科のクリニックに対し、スクリーニング検査試薬を中心とした新規顧客開拓および既存顧客への販売拡大を行う。

応募要件（Experience / Other Requirements）

必須要件

  • 医療業界における5年以上の営業経験
  • 臨床検査・医療業界に関する基本的な知識
  • 顧客との良好な関係構築および折衝・交渉に必要なコミュニケーション能力
  • 顧客のニーズや課題を的確に把握し、自社の方針や提案内容との調整を図りながら、具体的な提案・施策を推進できる能力
  • 売上目標の達成に対する強い責任感と、主体的かつ意欲的に業務に取り組む姿勢
