Vos missions

Au sein des équipes de production, vous participez à la fabrication et au contrôle des produits.

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Utiliser et surveiller les équipements de production ;
  • Réaliser les opérations de fabrication selon les procédures établies ;
  • Travailler sur les différentes lignes de production ;
  • Effectuer les contrôles qualité des médias ;
  • Identifier et signaler les anomalies de production ;
  • Garantir la traçabilité et la conformité des opérations ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Production, Qualité et Maintenance ;
  • Respecter les exigences qualité, sécurité et environnement.

Profil recherché

Expérience

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en production, fabrication, opérations ou environnement similaire ;
  • Une première expérience industrielle est appréciée ;
  • Une expérience en environnement réglementé (pharmaceutique, chimie, agroalimentaire, cGMP) constitue un plus.

Compétences et qualités

  • Utilisation d'équipements industriels ;
  • Respect des procédures et standards de fabrication ;
  • Contrôle qualité et détection d'anomalies ;
  • Sens de la sécurité ;
  • Rigueur, fiabilité, esprit d'équipe et sens du détail ;
  • Capacité à travailler en horaires postés.

Organisation du travail

  • Horaires en équipes postées en 3x8 : rythme 1 semaine de matin / 1 semaine de nuit / 1 semaine d’après-midi
  • Rotation pouvant inclure matin, après-midi, nuit, samedi et jours fériés ;
