Thermo Fisher Scientific offre l'envergure, la portée et le travail axé sur la mission pour avoir un impact significatif.

Ce poste est basé à Mazeres sur Salat (31), au sein de ThermoFisher Purification, division Filtration et Séparation (FSD).

Comment vous aurez un impact :

Au sein de l'équipe Maintenance et sous la supervision du responsable Maintenance, vous interviendrez sur les équipements dans le cadre d'opérations de maintenance curative, corrective et préventive.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Intervenir sur les équipements des deux usines dans le cadre d'opérations de maintenance curative, corrective et préventive
  • Mettre en conformité des équipements suite à des exigences réglementaires (rapports d'organismes extérieurs, CSSCT, ….) ou dans le cadre de plan d'amélioration
  • Utiliser le module Maintenance (GMAO) dans le système de gestion intégré
  • Demander des devis à partir d'une définition de besoins (ou cahier des charges) pour l'achat de pièces et interventions d'entreprises extérieures
  • Assurer la responsabilité de travaux : garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, consignations des énergies, tri des déchets, atteinte des objectifs (coût, délai, performance)
  • Planifier des interventions de maintenance internes ou de sous-traitants extérieurs en collaboration avec les responsables de production, ingénierie et ordonnancement
  • Respecter scrupuleusement les modes opératoires et procédures QEHS (qualité, environnement, hygiène et sécurité)
  • Apporter votre expertise dans le cadre de projets d'ingénierie ou d'amélioration
  • Être force d'analyse et de propositions dans l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication (fiabilité, cadences, sécurité, …)

Qualifications requises :

  • BTS Maintenance industrielle ou Bac Pro avec expérience au sein d'un service maintenance
  • 2 à 3 ans minimum dans une fonction de technicien maintenance au sein d'une entreprise industrielle ou 5 ans minimum avec un Bac Pro
  • Première expérience dans les industries agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique de préférence
  • Connaissances techniques dans les domaines mécanique, électrique, pneumatique, automatisme et hydraulique
  • Connaissance en GMAO
  • Indispensable : Titulaire d'une habilitation électrique basse tension (BR, BC, B2V)
  • Titulaire d'un CACES R389 de catégories 3 et CACES R386 de catégorie 3B
  • Niveau d'anglais scolaire : lu et écrit

Qualifications souhaitées :

  • Des connaissances techniques en instrumentation et systèmes de contrôle des procédés serait un plus
  • L'habilitation électrique haute tension (HC, HR) serait appréciée

Compétences :

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe avec un bon sens de la communication
  • Capacité à travailler en toute autonomie : prendre des décisions et initiatives tout en respectant les standards et procédures
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Force de proposition dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue
