Werk jij zelfstandig en nauwkeurig en spreekt een internationale werkomgeving jou aan? Voor onze afdeling Customs & Trade zoeken wij een Medewerker Fiscale Vertegenwoordiging. In deze rol zorg je dat alles rondom de fiscale vertegenwoordiging van onze internationale klanten soepel en correct verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Fiscale Vertegenwoordiging ben jij de spil in het vlekkeloos laten verlopen van fiscale processen voor klanten zonder vestiging in Nederland of België. Je beheert klantdossiers, ziet toe op een tijdige en correcte verwerking van alle import- en exportgegevens en rapporteert aan de Customs & Trade Manager.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

• Voorbereiden, controleren en indienen van btw-aangiften en intracommunautaire opgaven.

• Signaleren van afwijkingen of risico’s in de aangifteprocessen en dit intern terugkoppelen.

• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de praktische verwerking van fiscale vertegenwoordiging.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een collega die leergierig is, zelfstandig kan werken en graag actief samenwerkt. Je werkt nauwkeurig en kritisch, zodat alles altijd klopt en soepel verloopt.

Verder beschik je over:

• Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een logistieke, financiële of administratieve richting.

• Kennis van btw-regelgeving, fiscale vertegenwoordiging en/of douaneprocessen.

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pre).

• Vermogen om snel nieuwe softwarepakketten en systemen eigen te maken.
