What You'll Do:
- Build lasting relationships with customers and create customers for life
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their needs and goals
- Become a product expert on our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features, technology, and available options
- Deliver professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure an outstanding experience
- Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
- Learn effective sales techniques and confidently overcome objections
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve individual and team goals
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day
