BACKGROUND

The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust working towards creating an equitable society and enhancing the quality of life for all through the empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged communities across India.

Over the past 15 years, THF has impacted more than 57 million beneficiaries through its various interventions. The Foundation implements projects directly on the ground and provides management, monitoring, and technical support to partner organizations funded through THF USA and RIST.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
