  • Taakverdeling binnen het team.
  • Uitschrijven en uitwerken van procedures om een uniforme en efficiënte werkwijze te garanderen.
  • Opleiden van het team en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid waarborgen door toezicht te houden op naleving van standaarden en richtlijnen.
  • Flow bewaken en verbetervoorstellen doen in samenwerking met productie, planning en techniek.
  • Machines instellen en fouten opsporen waarbij je technische problemen detecteet en mee oplost of kunt escaleren.
  • Orde en netheid waarborgen en hiervoor duidelijke procedures uitwerken.
  • Operationele ondersteuning bieden om de continuïteit van de productie te verzekeren.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne diensten zoals kwaliteit, techniek, logistiek en planning.
  • Stockbeheer en materiaalopvolging binnen productie: je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen, hulpstoffen en verpakkingsmateriaal.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving, ervaring in de voedingssector in een pluspunt.
  • Je kan werken in 2 ploegen. Tijdens je opleidingsperiodeb wordt er flexibiliteit naar werkuren toe gevraagd.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands én Engels.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die structuur, rust en duidelijkheid brengt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en functioneert goed in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en staat open voor verandering.
