Job Opportunity: Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Location: Bothell, Washington (On-site)

Job Type: Full -Time (30 - 40 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Your Role

As a Front Desk at Think Academy, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Bellevue campuses and serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with daily office tasks, including printing, filing, material preparation, and basic data entry.
  • Support logistics such as equipment setup, classroom readiness, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Help coordinate campus resources during peak times (weekends, special programs, etc.).

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Support check-in processes, class reminders, and general parent inquiries. .
  • Provide basic program information and guide families to the appropriate staff members when needed.

Academic & Campus Support

  • Help prepare printed materials, worksheets, and classroom supplies for teachers.
  • Support tracking of attendance, class handouts, and post-class procedures.
  • Maintain tidy and welcoming learning spaces across campus.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Responsible, reliable, and organized
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment
  • Able to lift 25lbs (11 kg)
  • Previous experience in customer service, education, administration, or a front desk role is preferred
  • Working Schedule: Tue - Fri: 15:00 - 19:00; Sat & Sun: 9:00 - 18:00
