Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Plan and execute social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar, aligning posts with product updates, campaigns, promotions and relevant trading themes.
  • Create engaging content, including captions, short-form videos, educational posts and community-led content.
  • Work with Creative and Marketing teams to produce platform-specific visuals, reels and videos.
  • Translate challenge features, evaluation rules and product benefits into clear, accessible content.
  • Test new content formats and respond to relevant trends while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Community & Engagement

  • Manage daily audience interactions, responding to comments and messages and coordinating customer queries with Support.
  • Build and engage trader communities across social platforms and owned channels such as Discord.
  • Encourage conversations, gather feedback and identify opportunities for community participation.
  • Support collaborations with relevant trading creators, influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor audience sentiment and flag recurring questions or concerns to the relevant teams.

Performance & Collaboration

  • Track audience growth, engagement, reach, website traffic and conversions from social activity.
  • Use performance insights to improve content, publishing schedules and community engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity, trader conversations and platform trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing, Product and Support teams on campaigns, launches and community initiatives.
  • Ensure content accurately reflects ThinkCapital’s products and follows brand, platform and internal approval guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field from a recognized, accredited university.
  • Hands-on experience managing social channels and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with short-form video formats, including TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
  • Understanding of audience engagement, community management and social media analytics.
  • Interest in prop trading and an understanding of trader audiences and evaluation programs.
  • Experience in prop trading, fintech or trading-related marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Discord, creator collaborations or social media management tools is a plus.
  • Examples of content, campaigns or social channels you have worked on.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
